BOTTO Tokens
To participate in voting, you'll need to deposit (stake) your BOTTO tokens.
To help train Botto's algorithm and vote on your favorite art pieces, you'll need to get your hands on some BOTTO tokens.
Getting BOTTO is a relatively straightforward process provided you have funded your Ethereum wallet with some Ether.

Head to Uniswap

Uniswap is an 'automated market maker'. Like the name of the website suggests, Uniswap is a way of exchanging tokens for one another.
In short, you will be using Uniswap to exchange some of your Ether (ETH) for BOTTO. Make sure you don't exchange all of it, as you will need some Ether in your wallet to pay for fees.

Select ETH and BOTTO

You're presented with the following screen, where there are two corresponding drop-down menus:
Use the first dropdown option to select ETH. As a reminder, you'll be exchanging some ETH for BOTTO tokens through Uniswap.
Specify a quantity of ETH you'd like to exchange to BOTTO.
Use the second dropdown option, copy-pasting this address into the search bar:
0x9dfad1b7102d46b1b197b90095b5c4e9f5845bba
Hit import.
You might be able to claim BOTTO tokens because you were eligible for an airdrop. To check eligibility, head to the Botto app and look for a red 'Airdrop' button. If you don't see this button, you were not eligible for the airdrop. Airdrop details are specified in this Gitbook.
Then, hit Swap.
You will be asked to Confirm Swap, which in turn will generate a prompt from MetaMask.
Hit Confirm - then wait for the transaction to confirm! As soon as the transaction completes, you'll have your BOTTO tokens.
