Community Access Passes are a way for the DAO to invite in other communities to try out Botto and also earn their way in. The passes are free for those communities based on requirements set by the DAO and they generate the necessary Voting Points (VP) to start curating and training Botto.
Access Passes are minted into an ERC1155 contract, and start as a ‘blank canvas’, allowing the community of pass holders to curate the cover of their Access Pass over a four week period. The most voted on fragment will appear on their Access Pass.
Checking eligibility and minting can be done in the Rewards & Collectibles section on the Dashboard.
BIP-12 : Let There Be Access! that set out the parameters of Access Passes also started with two approved communities. More communities can be approved via DAO proposal.
As a nod to their early conviction as collectors of Botto, CyborgDAO will be the first community to receive an AP.

As part of the release of the Centrefold Issue 11 NFT through the Verse Platform, in which Botto participated as the first ever digital artist to be feature in this renowned publication, we wanted to take the opportunity to kickstart our first collaboration with Verse and invite some of their members to discover Botto.

Botto's first frame on Warpcast, a Farcaster client, was launched to allow voting outside of the native app for the first time, acting as a door opening for new art curious and web3 native users altogether to discover Botto in a fully immersive way.
Specifications Farcaster Access Pass:
Access Passes are available for free mint to all Warpcast users after completing the voting session on the frame, without a limit, but with a max of 10,000 free mints with pre-paid gas.
The Farcaster Access Pass generates 700 Voting Points (VP) per week for the holder.
The pass is minted on the Base blockchain, but users that connect their wallet holding the AP on botto.com, on Ethereum, will be able to interact with it like with any other pass minted on the Ethereum blockchain.
